In collaboration with Spirits CBR and CBR Visitor Centre Nine Circles are pleased to present these immersive and casual workshops at the Canberra Visitor Centre in the heart of Canberra.

Have you ever wondered how gin & whisky is made?   Or where it originated from?  Why are modern/contemporary spirits so different to one another?  Come with us as we walk you through some of these questions and any others that you might have about distilling.  We will start off with a brief history of spirits and an in depth discussion about how we make our spirits and the journey that Nine Circles Distillery has been on since its inception.

The ticket price includes a guided tasting through our range or products and an in depth discussion about all things distilling.  We will also indulge you with an oyster tasting featuring oysters farmed right on our doorstep in the local estuaries of Pambula River and Broadwater lake and pair them with some of our gins as well as some indigenous botanicals.  Guiding you through this masterclass will be one of the distillery owners who will impart some of their knowledge of distilling in relaxed atmosphere.

Both classes will run for approx 60+ minutes, select from one of two time slots on Saturday 29th November.
